The menu spans premium steak, fresh seafood, slow-simmered Cantonese soups, Sichuan-style stir-fries, fried rice, fried noodles, fresh fruit, beer, soft drinks, and snacks. The cuisine leans Hong Kong / Cantonese with Sichuan accents, and Taiwan visitors find it very accessible, many regulars say the steak and fried rice rival outside restaurants.
